We want you to love your Lumixy lamp. If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in original, undamaged condition with all packaging. Because each lamp is 3D-printed to order, we're unable to accept returns of customized requests unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Email us at lumixusasupport@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return, and we'll respond with instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If your lamp arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
