Lumixy began with a simple belief: a lamp should do more than light a room — it should change how the room feels. Every piece we make is a small sculpture first and a light source second, designed to turn nightstands, desks, and quiet corners into the parts of your home you love most.
We don't keep warehouses of identical boxes. Each Lumixy lamp is 3D-printed to order in the United States, one at a time, from plant-based PLA — a renewable bioplastic derived from corn starch rather than petroleum. Printing on demand means almost no waste, no overseas shipping footprint, and a piece made specifically for you.
The fine, layered lines that wrap each lamp are a signature of the printing process — a tactile, organic texture that diffuses light into a warm, even glow. Because every print is individual, no two pieces are exactly alike. The lamp on your table is genuinely one of one.
Our shapes are drawn from nature and architecture — mushrooms, honeycombs, rings, and the quiet minimalism of Japandi design. They're meant to feel current today and still right in ten years. That's the point of design-led: timeless over trendy.
